Table Summary
The summary shows original spend and, where applicable, refunds and spend net of refunds. Switch between totals including and excluding VAT when reviewing the claim.
Expense exports retain both the original and net amounts.
The Personal tab breaks down personal spending by purchaser. It includes entries whose purchase method contains “personal”; receipt tags alone do not put spending here. This is a spending breakdown, not a record of whether someone has been reimbursed. To give finance what they need to repay people, use Export for reimbursement on the tab; see Export Personal Spending for Reimbursement.
